    Here is our procedure for selling your items in one of our catering equipment auctions at Simon Charles

  • Call us on 0800 126 750 or 0161 339 9449 for mobiles, email us at info@simoncharles-auctioneers.co.uk adding any descriptions, images and your contact details so we can get back to you. We will then review your items and dedicate one of our specialists who will contact you and explain the next steps.
  • We will provide you with our information pack along with our full terms & conditions and await your confirmation of our terms.
  • Collection of your items can be arranged using our fleet of vehicles and experienced porters, or if you wish to transport your items yourself we can setup a delivery time and date to make sure we have everything in place for your arrival, where your items will be securely stored.
  • After Sales Procedure

    A post sales advice will be posted to you within 14 days following date of sale with lot details and achieved sale price. If a buyer was not found, you should contact us to discuss re-entering your unsold items into our next sale or arrange collection.
    Payment, along with a statement showing a breakdown of commissions and any other charges, will be posted to you approximately 30 days following date of sale.
