Click & Collect Updates.
If you would like to check the status of your invoice, we have added a new feature that should help, simply open your invoice on the website and you can find the status of the items at the bottom of the page.
All items available for postage will feature a box symbol on the lot. Please look for this before bidding.
Collection
In the event that an item is too large to be posted, we have made a few changes to our Collection process over the next few weeks and this on a strict 'Click-and-Collect' basis.
Upon payment of goods invoices will automatically join an online queuing system, which can be followed via the 'Invoices' section of the website.
When orders are picked a text message and email will be sent indicating your invoice is ready, you will then have 24 hours to collect the invoice before storage charges are applied, any invoices collected after this time will incur a £60 a day fee, for a maximum of 3 days, at this point all lots will be re-listed for sale.
Please do not arrive on site without confirmation that your order is ready for collection as you will be turned away.
When collecting your winning items, our porters will bring the items to your collection point, but it is your responsibility to load your vehicle.
Please ensure you have any equipment you may need to place items into or onto your vehicle. To make it clear, we will not provide any of our staff or equipment to load your vehicles for you.
If you do not receive confirmation that your order is ready for collection within 24 hours of your payment deadline please contact us at info@simoncharles.com.
Thank you for your cooperation at this time.
The Simon Charles Team.
